📦 Do I have to pay customs or delivery fees?

No. We use DDP shipping (duties paid), so what you see at checkout is all you’ll pay. No surprise fees on arrival.

🆔 Will I need to show my SA IDor Passport?

Yes. South African customs may require your ID when collecting your parcel. It's a legal requirement for imported goods.

🚚 How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered in 7–15 business days. Some items may arrive sooner depending on the product and supplier.
